K-HOVNANIAN RESIDENTS SUBSCRIPTION INFO
Hi K-Hov residents!
Please read the following before placing a subscription order so you can know what to expect month to month!
As you know, I am currently a one-man show and so I have to operate on a tight roasting schedule. Please be aware of the following:
1. You will be notified via email (or text message, if enabled) when your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up.
2. At this time all coffee orders must be picked up from the clubhouse during open business hours (or if you see me in the shop, of course). I am working with management to facilitate pick-up at all hours that the clubhouse is open. Stay tuned and thank you for your patience.
Current hours: Fridays from 7:30am-2:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am-2:00pm.
3. Order Ready Date
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, clubhouse closures, and/or holidays, please see below when your order will be ready for pick up based on when you placed the order:

4. When you arrive, please provide your name and order # and someone will grab your order from the back :)
Also, if you have not done so already, please sign up for our rewards program (in-shop purchases only) and you can start earning points for awesome discounts on future purchases at the shop!
I hope you enjoy every cup! If for whatever reason you don't, please feel free to stop by the shop and I can try and help you hone in the potential issue! Perhaps a small tweak in your brewing might make a huge difference so you can get the most out of every bag. Of course, if there is ever a quality issue, please never hesitate to let me know and I will look to make it right!
